We accept returns or exchanges of unused, unopened items (care boxes, jewelry, journals, planners, teddy bears, stickers) within 15 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged. Please report defective or damaged items within 7 days of receiving your order, including a photo, for a replacement or full refund.Note: Personalized or customized items, care boxes, and intimate items (such as earrings) are non-returnable unless defective.
Digital Products:
All digital product sales (planners and stickers) are final due to the nature of downloadable content. If you experience any file issues, please contact us within 7 days for assistance.
